The fine stems from serious violations that allowed four individuals, who were on the state’s self-exclusion list, to gamble at the venue. Perhaps the most alarming incident occurred in November 2022, when another individual spent over 21 hours on the casino floor, gambling significant amounts of money, including a $9,600 buy-in for roulette and multiple cashouts totaling $4,700.
Abuse of iGaming Facilities

The board recently placed five individuals on the iGaming Involuntary Exclusion List due to fraudulent transactions. These infractions included opening online accounts under false pretenses, using another person’s identification to withdraw funds, and conducting activities that clearly violated the operator’s terms and conditions.
For instance, two individuals created as many as 20 separate online accounts, while another misused the identities and credit cards of others to create 16 accounts, managing to illegally withdraw $11,250 into his personal bank account. Such actions not only complicate regulatory oversight but also jeopardize the integrity of online gaming platforms.
Protecting Minors in Casinos
In a different realm of regulatory enforcement, the PGCB also took action against patrons who left minors unattended in casino-related settings. In one case, a patron left an 11-year-old child in a parked car for 40 minutes while she went inside to gamble.
